By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Academic Integrity Policy and all other policies published on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for students and learners who are able to enter into a valid contract under Indian law. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You must not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

6. Description of Services

AssignmentGPT provides AI-assisted academic support, which may include assignment assistance, research support, topic explanations, brainstorming, outlines, drafting assistance, editing and proofreading, formatting, reference and citation assistance, and general study support.

7. AI-Powered Academic Assistance

Outputs on the platform are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. The service is a study and drafting aid — it is not a substitute for your own learning, judgement or verification.

8. Assignment Requests

When you submit a request, you should describe the subject, academic level, word count, formatting style and any other instruction that matters. Vague or incomplete instructions may lead to output that does not match your expectation; you can then refine your prompt or request a revision as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Digital Service Delivery

10. Pricing

Prices for services and credit packs are displayed on the Pricing & Services page. Prices for services that have not yet been finalised are shown as [PRICE]. We may revise pricing at any time; the price shown at the time of your payment applies to that purchase.

11. Payment Terms

15. User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of the material you submit. By submitting prompts, documents or files, you grant us a limited permission to process that material, including through third-party AI and infrastructure providers, solely to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to submit the material.

16. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

17. Prohibited Activities

• Fabricating research, data, results or references.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
• Reselling or redistributing our service or output as your own product.

18. Academic Integrity

19. Plagiarism

We do not encourage or support plagiarism. AI-generated text is not automatically original or free of similarity with existing sources. You are responsible for checking similarity and citing sources properly before submission.

20. Examination / Assessment Misuse

The service must not be used during examinations, tests, proctored assessments or any activity where outside assistance is not permitted. Accounts used for such purposes may be suspended or terminated.

21. AI-Generated Content Limitations

AI output may contain factual errors, outdated information, incorrect calculations, or references that do not exist. Always verify names, dates, statistics, formulas, citations and legal or medical statements from a reliable source.

22. Accuracy and Fact-Checking

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking every output before you use or submit it. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular academic requirement.

23. Intellectual Property

The AssignmentGPT name, logo, website design, interface and software are owned by us or licensed to us. See the Intellectual Property Policy for permitted use and for how ownership of user content and AI output is treated.

24. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, analytics where applicable, communication and payment processing. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we do not control them.

25. Website Availability

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms or our policies have been breached, if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or if required by law. Unused credits linked to a fraudulent or abusive account may be forfeited.

32. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised Terms.

33. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

34. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over Dudhnoi, Assam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
