3. Providing Services

Your prompts, instructions and uploaded assignment materials are processed to generate the output you have asked for. Your content is stored in your account so you can return to it, and may be retained in our systems and in our providers' systems for as long as needed to operate the service, meet security needs and comply with law.

We do not claim that uploaded content is never stored or never processed by third parties — providing an AI service requires such processing.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway.
